Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, providing they're unused in sealed original packaging "as new", not a "Special Order" and sent within 7 days. Just contact us for a returns number and send it back.
We'll refund the item and keep you informed.
(Does not apply to orders made outside the UK, delivered outside the UK and trade orders.Full Return Details)
Is everything in stock?
All items are listed with a live stock status, for the quantity selected. We'll reserve "in-stock" items while completing your payment.
If an item is out of stock we'll say so next to your item listing, you can still place an order and we'll keep you updated via email.
When will my order arrive?
A guaranteed / estimated delivery date is shown after entering your address on the next page.
We'll send your order out the same day (before 14:00 on a work day).
